Refund policy

At FlexBake.store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition (unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging). The following steps must be followed to initiate a return:

• Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team via email at support@FlexBake.store within 30 days of receiving your product. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the item if applicable.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or not as described. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50.
• Processing Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Exemptions: Some items, such as customized products or products marked as final sale, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for more details.
